Alright Gents,

Get ready, because Week 3 of the League is bringing something new to the table: Net Scores! This is a big one, as it's how we'll be tracking points for the year-long Order of Merit competition.

Here's the lowdown on how it'll work:

How Your Handicap and Flights Work

Each week, we'll divide you into flights based on your handicap index, with 5 golfers per flight. Think of it like mini-competitions within the main league.

Your handicap will be a rolling handicap, similar to the World Handicap System but with a little twist. We'll only be using your Men's League scores, and only your last 6 scores will count. This means your handicap will be pretty dynamic, moving up or down based on your recent rounds – so if you hit a hot streak (or a cold one!), your handicap will adjust to keep things fair and interesting.

Earning Those Points

The better you score against the other four guys in your flight, the more Order of Merit points you'll snag. Here's the breakdown:

• 1st Place: 100 points

• 2nd Place: 75 points

• 3rd Place: 50 points

• 4th Place: 40 points

• 5th Place: 30 points

Since your handicap will be adjusted each week, you might find yourself moving between flights throughout the season. It'll definitely keep things exciting!
